Submit Your Startup

📋 Public disclosure notice: By submitting to startup.ph you agree that information provided will be published publicly on our platform as your profile. Only submit information you are comfortable making public. Optional fields are truly optional and will only be displayed if you provide them.

Section 1 — Your Information

Used for identity verification, if provided.

Company email preferred. Gmail accepted but requires additional verification.

Providing this may speed up review and ensures we can reach you long-term even if your company email changes.

The Leadership Team (optional)

Add anyone you'd like shown publicly on the profile — founder, co-founder, current CEO, or anyone else genuinely leading the company today. This doesn't have to match the submitter above.

Section 2 — Startup Information

0/150

What your startup does in one sentence. 40 characters minimum, 150 maximum.

For WeChat, Weibo, or any other platform not listed above.

Section 3 — Company Details

Section 4 — Your Story

This becomes your public profile. Write it as a factual company overview, not a sales pitch — startup.ph reserves the right to edit, correct, or decline submissions that don't meet this standard.

  • Unsubstantiated superlatives — avoid "best," "biggest," "#1," "largest," or "10X/100X" claims unless backed by a specific, verifiable source (an industry benchmark, a named award, published data). Even real achievements are often temporary — describe what your startup actually does, not a claim that may not hold true in a year.
  • Sales/ad tone — this is a company profile, not an advertisement. Avoid phrasing like "Sign up now!", "Limited slots!", or direct calls-to-action aimed at readers.
  • Copy-pasted marketing copy — don't paste your website's homepage or ad copy directly. Write a genuine, original overview specific to this profile.
  • Buzzword-heavy content with no substance — avoid vague, jargon-filled sentences (e.g. "leveraging synergistic solutions to disrupt the paradigm") that don't actually explain what the company does.
  • Personal grievances or backstory unrelated to the business — this is not the place to discuss disputes with former employers, co-founders, or personal struggles.
  • Contact-farming or spam patterns — don't include phone numbers, WhatsApp links, "DM me," or promotional discount codes. This is an informational listing, not a live promotional channel.
  • Negative comparisons to named competitors — don't make claims about specific other companies (e.g. "unlike [Competitor], who scams customers"). This creates real legal risk for both parties.
  • Off-topic requests — this form is for describing your company, not for soliciting investment, job applicants, or personal employment. Those have their own dedicated submission types elsewhere on the site.
0/1800

Before you submit — please read

startup.ph is for serious startup founders with their own website or domain name. A Facebook Page, Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube account is not accepted as a substitute — these are not verifiable as a real, owned business presence, and applications submitted this way will not be approved.

Submissions are reviewed manually. We do not send individual rejection notices or explanations, and we do not correct or guess at mistakes on your behalf. If your submission is not published within a reasonable time, it was not approved — this usually means something below applies. You are welcome to resubmit with corrected information once you've identified and fixed the issue.

Submissions are typically not approved because of:

  • A typo, autocorrect change, or accidental formatting error in a required field (e.g. a misspelled domain like .cmo instead of .com, an extra space, or a stray character from copy-pasting) — double-check every field before submitting
  • A fake, placeholder, or joke entry in any required field (e.g. "none," "n/a," "test," "asdf")
  • An invalid or non-working website URL — the domain must actually exist and load
  • No real website or domain — a social media page (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X) is not accepted as a substitute
  • The wrong information pasted into the wrong field
  • Content unrelated to the Philippine startup/tech ecosystem
  • Incomplete, vague, or nonsensical answers in required text fields
  • Contact information that doesn't work (a fake or mistyped email address)

Please review your entries carefully before clicking submit — this is your only chance to catch a mistake before we review it. If you're not sure what went wrong, resubmitting with more complete and accurate information is always the right move.

Our team reviews every submission and follows up as soon as we're able.
