About FranchiseNegosyo

FranchiseNegosyo is a bootstrapped content startup that publishes a free, searchable directory of franchise brands operating in the Philippines. The company focuses on one practical gap for people buying into a franchise for the first time, which is that cost information is usually scattered across brand flyers, social media posts and expo booths, and rarely written in a form that lets two offers be read against each other. Each brand page on the site lists the franchise fee, the total investment range, the royalty and the expected payback period, always in the same order, so a reader can put several brands side by side without rebuilding the numbers themselves. Brands are grouped by budget band and by city, covering everything from food carts under 100,000 pesos to full store formats. Overseas Filipino workers planning a business back home are a core audience, since many of them research from abroad and need to judge an offer before they can visit a branch. From any brand page, a reader can send a free request for a franchise advisor to help with next steps. The site also includes Negosyo Map, which shows where a brand and its competitors already trade in an area, and SagotFN, an AI assistant that answers questions using only the information on a given brand page. The company is run by Romeo Jaducana and has not raised outside funding.

The Problem They're Solving

Franchise cost information in the Philippines is fragmented and inconsistent, because each brand presents its fee, investment, royalty and payback figures in its own format, on its own channels, and often only after an inquiry. First-time franchisees and OFWs saving for a business at home end up comparing offers that are not described in the same terms, which makes it hard to see which brands actually fit their budget and city before committing money or time to meetings.

Who They Serve

Filipinos buying their first franchise, especially overseas Filipino workers and their families who are planning a small business back home with a fixed budget, along with franchise brands that want their cost details presented clearly to these buyers.

What Makes Them Different

Most franchise listings in the Philippines are either brand-run promotional pages or expo directories that show logos and contact forms without consistent cost details. FranchiseNegosyo structures every brand page the same way, with fee, total investment, royalty and payback presented in a fixed order, and organizes brands by budget and by city so readers can narrow choices before making contact. It adds location context through Negosyo Map, which shows where a brand and its competitors already trade, and an AI assistant that answers questions strictly from a brand's own page. Readers can browse and request a franchise advisor for free, without creating an account first.

Traction & Milestones

The directory is live with brand pages covering food, retail and service franchises, organized into budget and city guides across the Philippines. Readers can request a franchise advisor from any brand page, and the Negosyo Map and SagotFN assistant are both available on the public site.
