About HelixPay
HelixPay is a Makati-based e-commerce and ticketing technology company founded in January 2021 by Andrew Koger, Jefferson Asis, and Jillian Gamboa. Its platform gives creators, communities, and event organizers no-code online storefronts, digital ticketing, subscription billing, and payment tools so they can sell products, event tickets, and memberships directly to fans without building custom checkout infrastructure. The company later expanded into venue and event management technology, working with clients that include Warner Music Philippines, Anjo World Theme Park, and Newport World Resorts.
HelixPay was backed by a mix of institutional and angel investors, including the ACTIVE Fund, Gentree Fund, Foxmont Capital Partners, Sierra Madre, Oak Drive Ventures, Tenco Capital, Investible, and payments company PayMongo, alongside individual angels from Google, TikTok, and Alibaba; the total amount raised was not publicly disclosed in the sources reviewed for this profile.
On February 25, 2025, Philippine commerce-technology company Mosaic Solutions announced it had acquired HelixPay, combining the two into what the companies described as the Philippines’ first unified platform spanning in-store and digital commerce. At the time of the deal, the combined business reported processing more than PHP 4 billion (about US$69 million) in annualized transaction value. Co-founder Andrew Koger joined Mosaic Solutions’ advisory board following the acquisition. As of its most recent LinkedIn listing, HelixPay employed around 16 people.
