Inteluck

Inteluck began in 2014 in the Philippines as an IoT-based fleet-monitoring tool for trucking companies, founded by Kevin Zhang, before growing into a full technology-driven supply chain platform now headquartered in Singapore with a substantial footprint across the Philippines, Thailand, and Vietnam. Its origin story is genuinely rooted in the Philippine logistics market, which is why it is included here even though its headquarters and much of its later fundraising history are now based abroad.

The company’s B2B platform connects enterprise shippers with a network of trucking, warehousing, and freight-forwarding capacity on demand, rather than requiring each shipper to negotiate and manage its own fleet contracts. As of its most recent funding announcement, Inteluck reported serving roughly 300 enterprise customers with on-demand access to more than 14,000 delivery vehicles across its three markets.

Inteluck raised a US$34 million Series C round in 2023, led by Philippine private equity firm Navegar with participation from existing investor East Ventures, in a deal that valued the company at over US$100 million and brought its total disclosed funding to roughly US$57 million. Founder Kevin Zhang was separately recognized on a Forbes 30 Under 30 list, and the company has appeared on Forbes Asia’s ‘100 to Watch’ list for the region.

Enterprises that need reliable trucking, warehousing, or freight-forwarding capacity across Southeast Asia have traditionally had to negotiate directly with fragmented local trucking operators and warehouse owners market by market, with limited visibility into vehicle location, delivery status, or capacity availability.

Enterprise shippers and manufacturers across the Philippines, Thailand, and Vietnam that need full truckload transportation, warehousing, international freight forwarding, or broader supply chain management, rather than small individual merchants shipping single parcels.

Inteluck's platform gives enterprise customers on-demand access to a large pooled network of trucking and warehousing capacity (over 14,000 vehicles across its three markets, per its own reporting) rather than requiring long-term contracts with a single fleet operator, combined with the IoT-based fleet-visibility tooling that was the company's original product line.
