Protectiv

Protectiv is a Philippine cybersecurity startup, registered as Protectiv IT Security Inc. and based in Quezon City, describing itself as “Built in the Philippines. Designed for the world.” Its own site names two co-founders: Christian Niel Angel, a security practitioner with a background in vulnerability identification and penetration testing, and Eliezer Rabadon, who is also CEO of a separate company, DvCode Technologies Inc. LinkedIn lists the company as founded in 2025 with a team of 2 to 10 people, consistent with an early-stage, self-described “small team” operation.

The company builds two focused products rather than a broad security suite. OSINT.ph is a live investigation query engine the company says helps investigators and security teams trace digital footprints across more than 20 online sources, aimed at law enforcement and security professionals. Salag, its second product, is an API security platform described as helping organizations understand and defend the APIs their systems rely on; as of this research it was still positioned as launching soon rather than generally available.

Protectiv says it is supported by the OVHcloud Startup Program, a cloud infrastructure support program, though this is not confirmed as an equity investment. No priced funding round, revenue figures, or user/customer counts have been publicly disclosed, and no LinkedIn profile URLs for either named co-founder could be independently confirmed.
